Work Location: HongKong
Lead development and execution of marketing programs for IBG products;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all channels;
Create marketing materials and best practices for regional deployment;
Coordinate with operation team, PR and country teams to ensure execution strategically aligned campaigns;
Build rapport and manage relationships with media, community partners and opinion leaders;
Manage special projects as required.
Degree holder in Marketing/Business Administration/E-Commerce or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing (including but not limited to web analytics, social media and conversion marketing);
Proven strong leadership, communications, interpersonal, analytical and observation skills;
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin.
